Terms & Conditions
Last updated · 25 June 2026
These terms govern your use of the Sphere Local Ranking Solutions website and any services we provide. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to these terms. Specific engagements may have their own written agreement which takes precedence where it conflicts.
Our services
We help businesses improve local visibility on Google through Google Business Profile optimisation, ranking strategy, content and ongoing management. The scope, deliverables and fees for any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
No guaranteed rankings
Google's ranking systems are outside our control and change frequently. We commit to applying best-practice optimisation but cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, calls, leads or revenue. Any forecasts are illustrative, not promises.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and timely access to accounts we manage on your behalf.
- Comply with Google's policies and applicable laws for your industry.
- Pay invoices in line with the agreed schedule.
Fees and payment
Fees, billing cycle and payment terms are set out in your engagement. Late payment may pause work until the account is brought up to date.
Cancellation
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with the notice period stated in your agreement. Fees for work already performed remain payable.
Intellectual property
Materials we create for you (copy, images, profile assets) belong to you on full payment. Underlying frameworks, templates and know-how remain ours. Our website's branding, copy and design remain the property of Sphere.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
